Eilon Shomron-Atar

In my academic and clinical pursuits I have explored paths feminist studies, queer studies, and cultural studies as they inform my understnading of society and the people we help. I practice psychoanalytic psychotherapy as well as schizoanalytic psychotherapy, a cross-cultural modality of therapy I have been developing through the interdisciplinary weaving of the clinical and the socio-political. Currently, I teach at John Jay College, supervise at NIP and Adelphi, and am in private practice.
