You're the one everyone counts on. The friend people call first, the dependable sibling, the overachiever who somehow keeps it all together. But lately, you've been wondering, "Who's there for me?" If you're exhausted from carrying everyone else's expectations while quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationships, grief, or figuring out who you are, you're not alone. Together, we'll create a space where you don't have to perform, fix, or have all the answers. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma informed, and grounded in IFS, CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic work to help you heal, grow, and build a life that finally feels like your own.
