Matt McDavid

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Therapy is like opening a window in a dark room—inviting in the gentle light of compassion, acceptance and possibility, illuminating the strength you've always carried within. My approach isn't about becoming someone new; it’s about compassionately shedding layers of self-doubt and external expectations to reveal the profound truth -- you have always been enough.

With over a decade of professional expertise and firsthand experience as a therapy client, I deeply understand what builds trust, fosters genuine connection and supports meaningful transformation. This blend of personal and professional insight allows me to create a compassionate, collaborative space designed to cultivate peace, resilience and self-acceptance—helping you align your life with your core values and aspirations.

Jordanne Sculler

Mental Health Counselor

I’m passionate about helping my clients connect: with me, with the people in their lives, and, most importantly, with themselves.
As an NYU graduate and New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and psychotherapist, I view therapy as a profound learning experience. I help individuals and couples connect with their resilience, learn new coping skills, and cultivate the relationships they want (and deserve).
Above all, I help my clients get comfortable with being uncomfortable. After all, you can’t grow if you’re stuck in the same old patterns and behaviors.
