Dr. Schreyer-Hoffman is a licensed psychologist who specializes in depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, and Eating Disorders. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic therapies to meet needs of her clients and aid them in achieving their goals.
Dr. Schreyer-Hoffman has extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders. She utilizes the following evidence based treatments in her work with this population: Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Maudsley Based Family Treatment and Exposure Therapy.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in the treatment of mood, anxiety, attention, and eating disorders in adults. I connect easily, and take a patient-centered approach to treatment, offering psychopharmacology and an array of specialized psychotherapeutic techniques. My goal is primarily to meet individuals where they are at, to develop treatment plans that are comfortable and effective over the long term. I often collaborate with other clinicians as well, to provide a team-based approach to treatment when necessary.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) in NY, NJ, VT, and FL. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have extensive experience working with clients ages 18 and up for Individual Therapy as well as Group Therapy. I have experience working with Individuals experiencing a variety of struggles. These struggles include- trauma, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, shame, loneliness, self-esteem, and managing anger, among others.
I implement an Integrative Approach including- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Harm Reduction, SMART Recovery Tools, and most importantly, humor. After all, Humor is healing.

Dr. Hutner is a specialist in reproductive psychiatry, an emerging medical specialty focused on women's mental health. She is on the leadership team of the National Task Force for Women's Reproductive Mental Health. Her private practice is located in Union Square and midtown.

Dr. Judith Brisman was the Founding Director of the Eating Disorder Resource Center for over 35 years. She is co-author of Surviving an Eating Disorder: Strategies for Family and Friends, is an associate editor of Contemporary Psychoanalysis and is on the editorial board of the journal Eating Disorders. She is a member of the teaching faculty of the William Alanson White Institute and she maintains a private practice in New York City.
Dr. Brisman is known internationally as among the first in her field to develop a treatment program for bulimic patients. She has published and lectured extensively regarding the interpersonal treatment of eating disorders.

I’m New York-based psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
I work individually with adults and adolescents and specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and insomnia/sleep difficulties. I also work with clients on relationship challenges, life transitions, lifestyle changes, grief and loss, and academic or work stressors. I have a special interest in supporting healthcare workers, parents of adolescents and young adults, and individuals whose loved ones are experiencing mental health difficulties.
I have formal training in evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition to private practice, I currently serve as a psychologist for the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth at Mount Sinai where I provide mental health services to healthcare workers and their families.
I earned my bachelor’s degree at Boston College and my doctorate at Loyola University Chicago. I completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship at a therapeutic day school in Chicago, IL and my post-doctoral fellowship at MindWell NYC, a group private practice in New York, NY specializing in DBT treatment.

Dr. Shelov earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Her doctoral research was one of the pioneer clinical studies (2008) that examined the importance of yoga on both mindfulness and emotional well-being. During her training, she worked at Montefiore Hospital, Bellevue Hospital, Columbia Psychiatric Institute, and completed her APA Internship at Maimonides Medical Center. Prior to starting a private practice, Danielle worked at Columbus Park Collaborative: Day Treatment Center for Eating Disorders. Danielle frequently lectures on eating disorder treatment to other mental health professionals.
Dr. Shelov also specializes in couples work, utilizing her EFT and systems trainings.

Sarah Kaufman, LCSW, is a New York–based psychotherapist working with adults and couples. She specializes in sex and relationships, grief and loss, perinatal and reproductive mental health, and relational trauma. Sarah has particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, new parents, and those navigating major life transitions.
Her work is relational and insight-oriented, integrating psychodynamic therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS). With couples and partners, she uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help shift painful patterns and strengthen emotional connection. Sarah’s style is warm, collaborative, and engaged, and she is committed to providing anti-oppressive, affirming care.
